Shipping Policy

We ship within New Zealand and worldwide. Orders within New Zealand generally arrive within 5 business days. International orders can take up to 14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Every order is made to order in some cases, particularly Wall Art pieces, since these are individually hand-carved rather than pulled from ready stock. If a piece needs extra time before it ships, we'll let you know. Prints and Clothing typically move faster, since they're not one-off carved pieces.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in your order total.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or other events outside our control can occasionally push delivery beyond the timeframes above, and we appreciate your patience if that happens.

Return & Exchange Policy

If something arrives faulty or damaged, get in touch straight away, and we'll sort it out. Since Wall Art pieces are individually hand-carved, a damaged piece can't always be replaced with an identical one, but we'll work with you on the best outcome, whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

For change of mind, we'll refund within reason. Get in touch first so we can talk through the details before anything gets sent back.

To be eligible for a return, items generally need to be in their original condition and returned within a reasonable timeframe after you receive your order. Custom or commissioned pieces may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, since they're made specifically for you.
