The Notorious B.I.G., aka Biggie Smalls.

We had to do Biggie.

This portrait is hand-carved straight into MDF, then painted and rolled with Flint water-based block ink. The ink sits in the carved lines and brings out the detail in the face.

The finished piece is in an upcycled frame from an op shop. We love finding old frames and giving them a new life, and every one is a little different.

Biggie

There's not much to say, really. Biggie was the man.

This is our take on him, done as traditional tattoo art and carved by hand instead of printed.

A good one for the music room, office, studio, or anywhere else you want Biggie looking back at you.
